TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. Storage Services

Loburn Storage Limited provides secure container storage and hardstand storage facilities for personal, commercial, and vehicle storage purposes.

Storage Type Weekly Fee GST

10 Foot Shipping Container $30 per week Included

20 Foot Shipping Container $45 per week Included

Hardstand Parking (9m x 3m) $20 per week Included

2. Access Hours and Security

Customer access is available 7 days per week between 6am to 10pm only.

Access to the facility is controlled by a 4-digit pin code through an electric security gate.

All storage containers are secured by customer-supplied padlocks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own locks, keys, and stored property.

3. Payments

All storage fees are payable monthly by automatic payment.

Payments are made one month’s rent in advance

The hire fee is subject to change at the discretion of the company

4. Insurance Requirement

IMPORTANT: Loburn Storage Limited DOES NOT insure customer goods, vehicles, trailers, caravans, campervans, boats, business stock, tools, machinery, or any other stored items.

Customers MUST maintain their own insurance cover for all goods and property stored at the facility. All goods are stored entirely at the customer's sole risk.

5. Permitted Storage

· Household goods and furniture

· Business and commercial stock

· Vehicles and cars

· Boats and trailers

· Campervans and caravans

· Machinery, tools, and equipment

6. Prohibited Goods

· Explosives or flammable materials

· Stolen or Illegal goods or substances

· Firearms or ammunition unless lawfully stored

· Perishable food items

· Hazardous or toxic chemicals

· Live animals

· Waste materials

· Plants

7. Default and Disposal of Goods

If storage fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days, Loburn Storage Limited reserves the right to deny facility access and commence recovery action.

Where amounts remain unpaid after written notice has been issued, Loburn Storage Limited may sell, dispose of, or otherwise remove goods stored within the facility in accordance with New Zealand law.

8. Liability

Loburn Storage Limited shall not be liable for loss, theft, fire, flood, storm damage, vermin, condensation, mould, rust, mechanical failure, or any indirect or consequential loss affecting stored property.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 1 month’s written notice. All good must be removed and leave the unit clean and undamaged upon termination.

10. Owner Access

Loburn Storage will be able to access the unit in emergency situations, to inspect suspected breaches of this Agreement, and if the occupant is in default.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected by the owner will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and used

for administration, debt recovery, security, and operational purposes.

13. Health and Safety

The customer agrees to comply with all health and safety requirements while on the Facility premises, including directions issued by the owner under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

FACILITY RULES

1. No smoking anywhere inside containers or near stored vehicles.

2. Customers must secure their own containers with suitable locks.

3. Access outside approved hours is prohibited.

4. The facility is monitored under CCTV surveillance.

5. Customers must keep storage areas clean and free from rubbish.

6. Dangerous goods are strictly prohibited.

7. Customers must immediately report damaged gates, fencing, or security issues.

8. Vehicles stored on-site must be roadworthy unless otherwise approved.

CUSTOMER DECLARATION

By storing goods or property at the facility, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Storage Licence Agreement and any associated policies published by Loburn Storage.
